Released on Che Orrore records in 1994, this first ever Presidents single was withdrawn quickly after release due to unauthorised use of the Vanna White photo. Only a few copies made it out to market (the band have said around 100-150) and it is unknown how many were left in circulation. There was a planned run of 1000 copies. Most of the successfully-withdrawn vinyls were just put into new sleeves and sold as the re-release.

The single was re-released with a more appropriate cover. The catalogue number and vinyl itself is exactly the same as the original; the label simply re-packaged the withdrawn copies. All copies are hand-numbered out of 1000, besides a few that left the pressing plant un-numbered. It is unknown if the un-numbered copies were part of the initial 1000 batch.

One of the rarest Presidents of the USA items, this Japanese promotional CD features just 1-track in a completely unique cardboard sleeve. There is an exclusive message to Japanese fans on the back of the sleeve, stating how the band cannot wait to visit the country. It also features the signatures of all 3 band members.
The CD itself is also very unique and completely different to that of the release in other countries. Lump was never released as a single in Japan, so only the promo exists.

US 7" vinyl, released on Dry Hump recordings in 1995, independent to that of the mainstream Sony Columbia release. A run of 1000 copies (at most) consisted of some vinyls being peach-coloured and the rest being translucent orange.
The single is sometimes listed as "Video Killed The Radio Star", as if it is a double A-sided release. This is not the case, despite the reverse of the sleeve looking like a font cover for the B-side.

Extremely low-key release in Germany/Europe. Housed in a cardboard sleeve, you can still easily pick up this oddity on the black market. What is weird about this single is that they only included one track and didn't even bother giving it a unique cover! (it is the same cover as the debut album). Despite it looking a lot like a promotional CD, there are no markings anywhere on the release indicating that this is the case.
